Fresh pollen contains a high quantity of protein (all essential amino acids), vitamins, mineral, antioxidants and enzymes (pre and probiotics).

The first time you eat fresh pollen, take one pellet and gradually increase if no signs of allergic reaction occur. You can eat up to a few tablespoons (15 to 60 g) of fresh bee pollen per day, in a smoothie, in a yogourt, an apple sauce, on a fruit salade, in a salad dressing... Bee creative!
